Refunds and Shipping

Private Cutlery is launching as a pilot. Early subscriptions help validate demand and fund the first inventory and fulfillment run.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Once an order has shipped, that shipment is generally not refundable unless it arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the offer.

Bonus Perks

Monthly Table Perks are rotating subscriber bonuses and may vary by shipment. A changed, substituted, unavailable, or expired bonus perk does not make an otherwise correct shipment refundable.

Shipping Window

Early pilot orders may take longer than normal retail shipping while inventory and packaging are finalized. Customers will be updated by email if timing changes.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are generally final once delivered, but we will make it right if the file is missing, broken, or not delivered.
